WENDY'S STORY

For Wendy, this is the heart of it all, creating culinary experiences that feel intimate, personal, and far from ordinary. She spent over two decades doing what most chefs only dream about, cooking her way across the world. It began in Hawaii, where she attended culinary school and immersed herself in the traditions of Asia-Pacific cuisine, learning techniques like cooking with banana leaves and cultivating a deep respect for ingredients at their source.

Food is love. A beautifully prepared meal has the power to slow people down, draw them in, and turn an ordinary evening into something unforgettable.

Wendy earned her place in professional kitchens, rising from prep cook to line cook to sous chef, learning the business from the inside out and growing through every challenge the industry put in front of her. As a woman finding her footing in the industry, she learned early that excellence was non-negotiable, and those experiences shaped the chef she was becoming.

WENDY’S CULINARY JOURNEY

From the wine country of Napa Valley,

where she trained alongside legendary vintners and culinary mentors, including Elaine Bell, to the sun-drenched coasts of the Mediterranean, the volcanic shores of the Galapagos, and the crystalline waters of the Caribbean, Wendy has cooked in settings most people only see in magazines. She has served celebrities, executives, and well-traveled guests aboard private aircraft and luxury yachts in the most demanding, high-expectation environments imaginable.

Shopping in the phenomenal markets of London and Madrid. Sourcing fish straight off the docks in Nantucket and Sardinia. Provisioning a yacht in Greece with whatever was freshest that morning and turning it into something extraordinary by evening. Every country, every market, every new ingredient became part of her culinary vocabulary. The flavors of Italy, the techniques of Japan, the abundance of the Mediterranean, the boldness of Spain, all of it lives in the way she cooks today, shaping a style that is entirely, unmistakably her own. She learned early that great food is not just about technique. It is about trust, discretion, and the ability to make every single guest feel like the meal was made just for them, because it is.

Coming Home

She Cooked for the World. Now She Cooks for You.

Now based in Eagle, Idaho, Wendy brings that same world-class standard — the same precision, the same artistry, the same complete dedication — to the celebrations happening right here in her own community. And to the travelers lucky enough to find their way to Idaho's most beautiful corners.

“I want to bring everything I’ve learned and all the inspiration I’ve gathered from different cultures, cuisines, and experiences around the world directly to my guests at home. I want each meal to invite people to slow down, savor what is in front of them, and fully cherish the moment and the people around their table. More than anything, I want them to experience firsthand how special, meaningful, and unforgettable a beautifully shared meal can be, and to taste the love and intention in every bite.”
