Every brunch experience begins with a complimentary consultation where I get to know you, your guests, and your occasion. From there, I design a personalized menu built around the season, your tastes, and the mood you want to create. Nothing is generic. Everything is made with intention.
On the morning of your event, I arrive with everything already prepped. Sauces made, garnishes ready, mise en place complete. The only things finished on-site are the dishes that need that final touch of heat or a fresh hand before they reach the table. You and your guests never see the work behind it. You only experience the result.
The table is designed with the same care I bring to an evening dinner. Linens, centerpieces, printed menus, and every detail arranged to set the tone before the first course arrives. I bring the server. I pour the drinks. I introduce each dish and share the story behind it.
And when the last plate is cleared and the final glass is poured, I clean the kitchen completely and leave your home exactly as I found it, often cleaner. Your only job from the first sip to the last bite is to be fully present and enjoy the people around you.

McCall is one of my favorite places to host a private brunch. There is something about the lake, the mountain air, and the beauty of a morning in that part of Idaho that makes the experience feel even more special. Vacation rental guests who find their way to McCall, Cascade, or Donnelly often tell me that the brunch I hosted was one of the highlights of their entire trip. That means everything to me.

For groups of 10 or more, I bring in my trusted sous chef Tanner, ensuring the same standard of service and care regardless of your guest count.

Every extraordinary morning starts with a simple conversation. I offer a complimentary consultation for every new experience, where we talk about your vision, your guests, your occasion, and your menu ideas. From there I put together a custom quote and a personalized menu designed entirely around you.
A 50% deposit secures your date, with final payment due two weeks prior to your event. I respond to all inquiries Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
